The achievements of the halogen-free high flame retardant polyester production line built in Sichuan have been continuously revealed. The key technology industrialization project of the 30000 ton halogen-free permanent high flame retardant polyester production line undertaken by Sichuan Dongcai Technology Group Co., Ltd. has been completed and put into operation recently. The project was supported by the special fund for the development of strategic emerging industries in 2011. The floor type is also divided into domestic configuration and imported configuration. The project has a total investment of 124million yuan to build a halogen-free permanent high flame retardant polyester production line, forming a production capacity of 30000 tons of halogen-free flame retardant polyester resin per year. The project adopts two patented invention technologies independently researched and developed. Most of the newly developed non-invasive products are the benign development of all industries. The indicators of halogen permanent high flame retardant polyester resin meet the ROHS standard. It has the characteristics of high limiting oxygen index, good flame retardant performance, non-toxic, low smoke and so on. It is suitable for carpets, fabrics, industrial silk and other fields
